Nunavut students generally attend school until they reach Grade 7

Doesn't the title of the post (see story below) say a lot. Yes lots of smart competent people get by without a lot of education. And yes a lot of stuff you learn is school really isn't very necessary. But, to build a modern society you need higher than Grade 7.
