Generally I agree with Premier Wynne. Here I must differ.
We want drug addicts to make an admission of their addiction. We want them to come forward and get help. Saying "if you admit you go to jail" is the wrong approach.
Indeed our War on Drugs is misguided -- it's a public health issue and not a criminal issue.
So, with respect, I disagree.
