Canadian Law and Policy
What does this say about our constitution or our judges that a ruling of the Supreme Court is so easily overturned by? Will this mean that the Trinity Western University vs BC College of Teachers is next? Either our constitution is fatally flawed or our judges make it up as they go. I can't see any other possible conclusion.
Actually, the ruling says that they are entitled to collective bargaining. This doesn't necessarily mean that they will be allowed to form a union.
