Delay in child welfare cases
[33] Where a statute requires that events occur within a specified time frame, it is simply unacceptable that justice system participants fail to adhere to those time frames. As Justice L'Heureux-Dubé commented on behalf of the majority of the Supreme Court in Winnipeg Child and Family Services v. K.L.W., 2000 SCC 48, [2000] 2 S.C.R. 519, at para. 136, "[t]he six-month delay prior to the hearing to determine whether John was in need of protection appears, on its face, to be highly unreasonable, particularly in the case of a newborn child." This court spoke about the importance of timeliness in child welfare cases in Children's Aid Society of Oxford County v. W.T.C., 2013 ONCA 491, [2013] O.J. No. 3438.

Well, I passed an important test by standing up for children. Consent is apparently the key: females are susceptible to mental illnesses a month after they have fun if it isn't consentual. Perhaps smart teenagers aren't as smart afterwards even if they stay sane. I'm being moderated from two blogs because a person is connected to counterfeit clothing. I'm told his friends should build universities and they will be loved. University spending is 133x as good as infrastructure if you can figure out how not to build WMDs. Medical technology leads to AI is why they hate short term profits and presumably neo-conservative judges (is a curveball to me).
...I was hypnotized in a very powerful way...and a yr after I was shot, a weapon the size of a galaxy came at us and in two years it measured 8.4 on their Richter Scale, infinity on ours. We might be wiped out before then because it might malfunction. Surveillance networks I think are the reason. After I died they were increased. There was a list of all the people who can prevent AI and it was hacked. Eventually, Canadian NRA Christians or more likely, mentally ill Al-Q offshoots, started assassinating people. So people that can't protect themselves (I can a bit) should not be on these police databases. I know the army will always be loyal to me, I'm sure what they've got. After quantum encryption may be different. They think a Mulcair majority will increase the odds him and I will die.
They said with Dion instead, with Gore, and anyone but W's 2nd term, that would decrease AI odds from happening more than me with their help decreases the odds. I guess market forces are bad for AGW, really bad for bioterror, and fatal to Earth for AI. RLVs planet had a capitalist without a Parliamentary Democracy that did not want to leave power and triggered volcanoes (filled with something presumably).
The surveillance systems will be hacked.
