Passing of Justice O'Leary

Mr. Justice Dennis O'Leary has passed away. He was in his 90th year. He had a distinguished career as a litigator both civil and criminal in Hamilton, ran for the Liberal Party for the provincial legislature and was appointed to the Superior Court in 1973. He served on the bench until mandatory retirement. After that he served at the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Review Board. His passing is a loss to Canada and the legal community everywhere.
