I know how hard it is to find places to put signs. But if I were the Party in power and I was arguing that "we have done well for Oshawa and the economy" I would not be covering a downtown boarded up building with Conservative signs. The Genosha Hotel is a sad property and something of an eyesore -- and it's not improved by Conservative Party signs peeking out from behind broken glass windows...

Dear James a friendly word: I have no interest in helping Colin Carrie, but the Genosha Hotel (a once-proud lady) is in the midst of being renovated. It's eventually going to be the downtown residence for UOIT (er, James that's "University of Ontario Institute of Technology").
Most Oshawans look forward to the preservation and 'repurposing' of an historic local building. It's admittedly an eyesore now, but we're waiting anxiously for the slow renovation to finish.
I understand that an out-of-towner may not necessarily know this, and I really don't mind seeing Colin Carrie trashed, but don't you have any local staff or volunteers who might have clued you in before you posted?
