Am I missing something. If I was an MSM journalist and an alleged criminal issued a press release I might be inclined to call his lawyer and ask for a comment. Seems like pretty basic journalism to me.
That doesn't make it any less scary (or worrisome) to the lawyer who has to defend the clown.
