Wikipedia ordered to disclose contributor

Reading The Telegraph this morning I saw a story where an English judge, Tugendhat J., ordered Wikipedia to disclose the IP address of a registered user.

Apparently the user had amended a Wikipedia entry for a businesswoman suggesting the user would soon disclose "sensitive" information on the site.

The woman was receiving blackmail threats. Just another example of the law catching up to technology!
