Pro bono counsel obtaining costs on a full indemnity basis

Sazant v. McKay, 2010 ONSC 4273, which remains unreported, appears to stand for the unusual proposition that where a party has pro bono counsel that party is entitled to full indemnity on succeeding on a proceeding.  The decision may be confined to its own facts but it is useful when acting on a pro bono basis.  I have a copy of the decision should anyone require it.

Hi, I'm a practising lawyer in BC and the Executive Director of Access Pro Bono -- the BC equivalent to Pro Bono Law Ontario -- and I would love to have a copy of the Sazant case if you are able to send it to me as a PDF. I realize that it's an Ontario case, but it could prove helpful here nonetheless. My email address is jmaclaren@accessprobono.ca. Many thanks in advance.
