Some weeks ago I wrote to The Bay.
No reply.
I wrote again.
Same reply.
What's surprising is that this is a common approach -- even if the reply was along the lines of "thank you for your inquiry -- the answer is no" I would have respected the company.
As it is The Bay lost a customer of over 40 years... .
