Fine not available for breach of a conditional sentence order

 R. v. Netser2012 NUCA 06 is a source for the proposition that a fine is not an available disposition for breach of a conditional sentence:

[2]   The parties agree that the imposition of a fine is not one of the penalties authorized by section 742.6(9) of the Criminal Code (See also R v Tran, 2007 ABCA 172 (CanLII), 2007 ABCA 172, [2007] AJ No 524).

I have been browsing online more than 2 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if
all site owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be much
more useful than ever before.

some nice practices and we are looking to
trade methods with other folks, be sure to shoot me an email
if interested.
