This is a good deal? A ten day delay?

Once this is done, the breakout time - how long it would take Iran to produce sufficient highly-enriched uranium for one atomic bomb - would lengthen from at least 1-1.6 months to at least 1.9-2.2 months if the Iranians used all their installed centrifuges, Albright said in an e-mail.

Are your numbers wrong or your quotation? 0.9 months is 27 days, 0.6 months is 18 days.

More importantly, this deal should be evaluated primarily on whether it improves the likelihood of attaining a final deal with Iran that ensures they cannot acquire nuclear weapons. I rather think this does, but reasonable people can disagree.
